The best way to know which update is the right one for you, is to know the Media-ID of your game.
RECOMMENDED:
If you don't know the Media-ID of your game, the second best way to
find out which update is the right one, is to look at the region of the
title update.
Use the following region/country mapping as a
guideline:

• PAL: Europe, Australia and some countries in Asia and Africa
  
• NTSC-U: United States and Canada
  
• NTSC-J: Japan and some countries in Asia
  

TUT to Update DLC:

1. Update your XBOX 360 console to the latest dashboard version
   
2. Get yourself an usb stick with at least 1GB capacity
   
3. Format it as a XBOX 360 Memory Unit on your XBOX 360 console via 'Dashboard/System/Storage'
   
4. Connect your usb stick to your PC
   
5. On your pc, download XTAF ([You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]). Big thanks go out to Slashr for this great app.
   
6. Run XTAF and click on 'File/Open Drive'.
   Now move to 'Cache Partition/Cache' and drag your update files into
   this folder. This will take some seconds.
   
7. Connect your usb stick with the XBOX 360 console and start your game
   

The next time you want to copy updates to
your usb stick, start at no.6. Your usb stick must be connected with the
XBOX 360 console for updates to work.

Cara terbaik untuk mengetahui kemas kini yang merupakan salah satu yang sesuai untuk anda, untuk mengetahui Media-ID permainan anda.

Tut untuk Update DLC:
1.Pastikan update xbox360 untuk boleh main pes2012.
2.Pastikan ada pendrive 1GB(tetapi disyorkan guna pendrive 8GB jenis Sandisk untuk support logo sponsor baju nanti)
3.Sambungkan pendrive dengan xbox360,pergi ke 'Dashboard/System/Storage' dan format pendrive tu..
4.Sambungkan pendrive tadi dengan pc,

click on 'File/Open Drive'. dan

Pergi kat 'Cache Partition/Cache' dan right click pilih injekct file,pilih file DLC yang sudab download daripada website diatas,Tunggu beberapa saat sehingga selesai.
6.Sambungkan pendrive di Xbox360..dan enjoys this game.

but i think, they aren't original option file, just patched.
and if i use patched option files, my pes 2012 is running slowly (xbox) :(

u mean when play,pes2012 run slowly?
i play ok but when loading option file take few minutes....u can adjust speed when play..

no, game speed is fine. but menu speed and loading speed is slowly.

yes, exactly

patch option file using usb...it take time to loading option file bro..if u want to fast...u delete stadium in option file.
