First, I apologize for my poor english (im used google transalator)
I'm not good at making a patch but maybe this launcher can be useful for those of you who like to collect the best patches
maybe it could be to solve the problem of crashes on patch pesedit or for you who have difficulty using kitserver11 maybe this could be the solution
because until recently kitserver11 and pesedit can run perfectly on my computer using this launcher

if you use FIFA Commentary now just rename as dt00_e ANDY.img and put again Commentary John Camphion in installed folder.
this "folder save" to save your EDIT.bin, config.txt, and map.txt
(you can't change name this folder they should be like that)
